As you continue on the trail along the side of the montane meadows you can see majestic Long's Peak. The rock cliffs on the right of Lumpy Ridge have 25+ routes for rock climbing which are very popular in the summer and fall. You can follow this trail as long as you like, through the forest and up to Lawn Lake Trail which is 8.25 miles away.
