Lake Haiyaha:   D/R/E: 4.2 Miles 745' elevation gain
Hiking Distance Is The Total Length Of The Hike

A very unique lake with a lot of tremendous rocks. The first half of the hike to Lake Haiyaha follows one of the most popular (and crowded) trails in Rocky Mountain National Park to Dream Lake. Avoid the crowds and experience the trail at its best by starting early in the day. At the beginning of the hike, there are striking views of Hallett Peak above Bear Lake, seen by detouring a few yards from the Dream Lake Trail. As you approach Lake Haiyaha, you will do a little rock scrambling before you see the lake. It's a great place for a picnic lunch.
